Charles Owens is the retail and wholesale manager at Carpe Donut. Born in the DC area, Charles lived in New York City for 12 years making his living as a jazz musician. For the last 8 years since moving to the Charlottesville area Charles has worked in operations at Best Buy, as a salesman at Volvo of Charlottesville and as an underwriter at State Farm. Working at a family-owned business like Carpe Donut allows Charles the flexibility to pursue his music career while being a key member of the Carpe Donut team.
