Dear Matt, By now, this note is more than four months overdue, but the time has only made Tim and I more appreciative for all that you did for our big day back on 10/10/10! I cannot tell you how overjoyed we were by the way the donut truck's presence gave our wedding an awesome, fun, comfortable feel. When the day came and we got to see all the elements come together, we couldn't believe how far beyond our wildest dreams it all had come, and Carpe Donut was a huge part of it all. Our guests are still raving about the donuts!

Just wanted to say again how wonderful it was to have you and the truck out at our wedding in December. You were a huge hit! People are still talking about how delicious the doughnuts and chocolate were. I know I sent a ton of pictures, and I hope you get them all. Even though it’s been more than a year since our wedding, our guests cannot stop talking about your delectable, freshly made apple cider donuts.  They were the perfect accompaniment to our rainy, crisp fall wedding.  Having you and your delightful red donut cart as part of our wedding was the best decision we made.  Thank you so much for travelling to Winchester and for creating a donut “cake” for us to cut.  Although we’re currently on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, we look forward to our future move back to C-ville and eating your magical donuts once again!  Thanks a million!
